REVERSE WITHDRAWALS

REVERSE WITHDRAWALS

If you have read some of the several reviews of the online casinos featured on OCR, you may have encountered the term 'Reverse Withdrawal'. Well what does it actually mean and why do we consider the reverse withdrawal facility a wolf in sheeps clothing, when it comes to the player?
This article covers in depth as to why online casinos employ the reverse withdrawal facility for players and why in our view reverse withdrawals are inherently bad for the player, but very good for the casino. Hopefully you will find this article of use and as a result it will help  improve your overall experience playing on a casino online.

WHAT IS REVERSE WITHDRAWAL?

Reverse withdrawal is simply the facility for a player at an online casino to reverse their pending cashout of funds won at the casino and thus continue playing with them. Now why do we consider this a bad practice, especially as the majority of the online casinos which we have reviewed on OCR emply this facility?
We do not necessarily object to casinos providing this facility for players, however in our view many of the casinos found online, of which there are hundreds more than we recommend on our review pages, take advantage of the reverse withdrawal facility to the detriment of their customers - You the player.
The vast majority of online casinos which we feature on Online Casino Reviewer, hold any withdrawals of winnings in a pending state for a minimum period of 24 hours, and some such as Roxy Palace Casino, keep withdrawals in a pending state for 48 Hours, before a withdrawal is 'Flushed' and subsequently processed.
When a withdrawal is in a 'pending state', the player has the ability to reverse any amount of the withdrawal up to the full total pending and deposit it back into their player account. Therefore being able to play with the money.
Should the player win and cashout again, the pending withdrawal clock starts over. But in many cases, a player who reverses their withdrawal, tends to go on to lose the lot. Bearing in mind, casinos are geared so the house in the end always wins.

GUIDE TO PLAYING BACCARAT

GUIDE TO PLAYING BACCARAT

The hardest part of playing Baccarat is pronouncing it's name, so let's get that straight from the start: It's r-rah, not back-a-rat. Fair enough, so you will never need to pronounce the game's name when you play online, but it's something you can pull up others on later. To back up this smart-alec posturing, it's important to be pretty good at playing the game of Baccarat itself, so let's take a look at what the game of Baccarat is all about.

It is thought that Baccarat was played in France as far back as the 15th Century, where it is sometimes known as 'Punto Banco' because there are tow hands played - that of the player ( or 'punter' ) and that of the banker. You can bet on either one, and if it wins, you receive an even-money payout. There's also a third bet called a tie bet, which pays out at 8-to-1 should the two hands tie.

MINI BACCARAT

Apart from the tie bet, Baccarat is one of the best bets in the casino - whether playing in your own surroundings online, or at a land based Casino. Be aware that the Baccarat you play online is a little different to that played in a land based casino. The version of Baccarat offered by major online casinos such as 32Red and Cherry Red Casino is called Mini-Baccarat. The premise is the same, but it's faster and more suitable for the low-limit stakes at which you will probably be playing. Although Online Casinos still promote it as Baccarat, you'll know you're playing the mini version if you're sat at a Blackjack style table.

When you first enter an Online Baccarat Game, you'll probably get the option to play a private or multiplayer game. to be honest, it doesn't really matter which you pick: although a mini blackjack table can seat up to seven players, you'll be playing against the house, not other players, so the private or multiplayer choice depends on whether you want to chat to other like minded players as you gamble.

Mini Baccarat is a supremely simple game. You decide on how much to bet, and whether you want to place your money on you winning, the banker winning or a tie. The game then starts with four cards being dealt - two for you and two for the banker. If either side's cards total 8 or 9, they're said to be a 'natural' and no further cards are dealt to either side. Otherwise, each side may or may not have to draw a further card depending on their total. The winning hand is the one with a point total closest to 9. When both hands have equal totals, a 'tie' is declared.

To count a hand, 10s and face cards are worth zero and other cards their face value. But because a Baccarat Hand can only total 0 - 9, only the last digit of the actual total is used. If the player's hand totals 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, he or she draws another card. The dealer's decision is governed by rules that are a bit more complicated.

If you are interested in statistics, all the Online Casinos that we feature on Online Casino Reviewer display a list of previous winners somewhere on the screen. The banker' hand is indicated by the letter 'B', the player's hand is indicated by the letter 'P' and a tie is indicated by a dash. Consecutive wins by either the banker or the player are displayed in the same column. A new column is displayed when the banker or player starts a new winning streak. A tie is considered part of the same winning streak and is always displayed in the same column as the previous winner.

PLAYING CRAPS ONLINE

PLAYING CRAPS ONLINE

Craps is one of the most exciting table games played in online casinos today. It is one of the few truly social games played in the modern land based casino and one of the few that is actually played with dice.

While the game of Crap's apparent complexity and odd jargon may, at first, be intimidating you will find the game of Craps to be enjoyable and rewarding. If you want to play Craps Online with a great gaming experience, then look no further than any of the recommended casinos featured on Online Casino Reviewer.

CRAPS IS A GAME LIKE NO OTHER

Craps is a game like no other - with enough excitement and fun to fuel a whole casino. It really is an adrenaline booster, as many have experienced at a hot table. With its chaotic nature, online craps has gained the attention of many newcomers and loyal gamblers alike. And how could it not? With Land Based Casinos all you need to do is walk into a casino and approach the most crowded and boisterous area on the floor, and you're guaranteed to have found the craps table.
Craps is a game where fortunes can be won or lost in a split second. It is very easy to make the mistake of placing a bet that isn't wise, since the worst bets are always the most accessible on the table layout. Knowing where to put your money is one of the most important things to learn when learning craps rules. It plays a crucial role in deciding the severity of your losses, or the extent of your winnings.

Many of the areas on the craps table are traps easily fallen into. While offering attractive payouts, these bets have very low odds of hitting, making it a rarity to win. One of your own craps rules should be to avoid them. Of course, if  'danger' is your middle name, playing the less common bets might in fact satisfy your gambling style, but will likely lighten your pocket while at it.

ONLINE ROULETTE

Roulette is one of the oldest and most popular games played in modern Casinos. Roulette is a unique table game as it has a mechanical device as the main element of the game. This is the Roulette wheel that is mounted horizontally on the end of the table. The wheel has numbered pockets ranging from 0 to 36 - and 00 in American Style Roulette.

In Roulette the bets are placed on an area of the table marked with separate boxes containing individual numbers. This marked area is called the game layout, and you may place bets on any particular number, any 4 adjacent numbers, a column or a dozen bet.

ONLINE ROULETTE - ONE OF THE MOST FAVOURED TABLE GAMES

Once you have placed your bet, click the Spin button to start the game. The Roulette wheel will start spinning and a small ball will be released on to the wheel in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. The ball will lose speed and eventually stop in one of the numbered pockets in the wheel.
